I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to the lake and within walking distance to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. Parking was available and convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cannot find any fault.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly attitude of the staff. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of fresh foods to choose from. The hotel was conveniently located near the lake, which allowed for a nice stroll after breakfast.
The restaurant could use more staff to provide better service. The bathroom was quite small, making it uncomfortable for large people.

Spent Christmas at this hidden gem and it exceeded all expectations. Delicious food and cozy ambiance made it feel like home. the staff was helpful and welcoming which made the stay that much more enjoyable. the location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat and the Christmas markets are just a short walk away. An added bonus was the spa which offered amazing views of the surrounding landscape and a chance to relax after a fun-filled day of exploring.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the room was a bit inconvenient but it gave me the chance to disconnect and fully enjoy the holiday spirit. the small window in the bathroom made it difficult to let out steam after a shower but the bathroom door did provide some ventilation.

What a peaceful escape! the hotel is nestled perfectly in a serene location, offering proximity to the lake for a refreshing walk and a getaway feeling. the room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities and comfortable furniture. the staff provided exceptional service, and the breakfast was fresh and flavorful. I loved the option of pressing my own orange juice in the morning, and the parking was convenient. Plus, the restaurant's exquisite cuisine was the cherry on top of a fantastic stay.
There was a little room for improvement in the spa area, which was located off-site and had limited hours of operation.
